Greg Henry

Greg is an established finance leader with more than 20 years of experience leading global growth and financial operations within the technology industry. As Chief Financial Officer at Couchbase, Greg is responsible for the overall financial governance and management of the company’s financial operations as well as management of worldwide IT and Facilities operations. Prior to Couchbase, Greg served as Senior Vice President of Finance at ServiceNow, where he led the enterprise cloud company’s financial development and was responsible for accounting, procurement, and treasury. And before ServiceNow, he held various senior executive financial positions at GE, culminating as CFO of the multi-billion dollar Healthcare IT unit. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
