Kevin Zheng

Kevin Zheng is a Computer Science student at the University of Houston, expected to graduate in December 2024. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Intern at NASA, Zheng has contributed to significant improvements in efficiency and software reliability for ISS mission planning tools. As a Cougar CS Tutor, Zheng supports a diverse range of courses and has enhanced student exam performance in data structures. Previous experience includes a Software Development Internship at CHLK, LLC, where Zheng created a web-based platform for football coaches, and an IT Technician role at Insight Global, which involved maintaining IT systems and providing technical support across multiple school campuses, significantly reducing reported issues. Additionally, Zheng has been active in the Professional Development Committee for Computer Science Girls, improving exam results for numerous students. Zheng's background also includes a distinguished high school diploma from Kempner High School.
