Paul Glans

Paul Glans is the General Manager of Coulter Cadillac Phoenix. He has had a relationship with the dealership since 1993. After nearly thirty years of working with, or alongside, this family-owned business, he thinks the most important ingredient to success remains quality customer service. Paul has a tendency of turning customers into friends. In addition, he is involved in many areas of the community that allow him to promote the Coulter Cadillac brand even when he’s off the clock. Coulter Cadillac has been a staple in the Phoenix community for nearly 100 years; Paul ensures that the dealership remains engaged with various philanthropic efforts. To him, it’s always been about forging relationships with people, knowing the business will follow. Helping lead the team at Coulter Cadillac is something Paul takes great pride in. He uses occasional struggles as opportunities to make tomorrow better. Paul and his wife Sabrina have been married since 1986. Between his marriage and dedication to Coulter Cadillac, committing to the good things in his life is clearly not something Paul struggles with.
