Crystal Eldridge

Crystal Eldridge is a skilled education professional with extensive experience in program management and instructional oversight. Currently serving as a Program Associate for Student Expectations at the Council of Chief State School Officers since May 2022, Crystal provides vital support to coaches and state education organizations, organizes stakeholder webinars, and manages invoice processing. Previously, as a Program Advisor for the Arkansas Department of Education, Crystal designed and evaluated instructional programs while analyzing performance metrics. Crystal's earlier roles at Pulaski County Special School District included serving as an Adult Education Staff Trainer, Budget Planner, and Grant Writer, as well as instructing veteran students. Crystal holds a Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Arkansas State University, and is pursuing a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service.
