Jessah Foulk Walker

Jessah Foulk Walker is an experienced professional in federal relations and legislative affairs, currently serving as Federal Relations Manager and previously as Senior Federal Relations Associate at the Council of Chief State School Officers since April 2013. Prior experience includes roles as a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Herb Kohl and U.S. Congresswoman Mazie K. Hirono, advising on education, labor, and related issues, as well as managing projects for the Appropriations Committee. Jessah's earlier positions included a summer internship at the US Government Accountability Office and roles in the Washington State Office of Financial Management and the Washington State Senate. Jessah holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in History, Political Science, and Spanish from Bryn Mawr College.
