Regina Bell currently serves as the Chief Policy Officer at the Council of Michigan Foundations, having joined the organization in August 2019. Prior to this role, Regina was the Director of Government Relations and Public Policy at the same organization and held various positions, including Program Officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Chief of Staff at the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation, and Director of Community Based Programs at Digerati, Inc. Regina's career also includes experience as Executive Director at Intern In Michigan, Field Director at Education Trust, Bureau Administrator and Director of Policy at the Michigan Department of Human Services, and Director of Government & External Affairs at AT&T. Regina holds degrees from Syracuse University - Maxwell School, DePaul University, Michigan State University - James Madison College, and completed the Michigan Political Leadership Program.
