Justin's tenure at Walmart also included the role of Inbound Operations Manager-Collect General Merchandise, where they ensured the health of the inbound network for multiple vendors.
Earlier in their career, Justin worked at SeQuential as a Regional Transportation Manager and Regional Manager. In these roles, they managed multiple depots and teams of commercial drivers, overseeing payroll, dispatch, inventory, and training. Justin found fulfillment in working for a triple-bottom line company that prioritizes sustainable business practices.
Justin's professional journey began at UPS, where they served as a Full-Time Preload Supervisor and later as a Distribution Center Supervisor.

Justin David Edgley Cooper completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of California, Davis, where they attended from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Data Science from Eastern University, completing the program from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I, which they obtained in June 2020 from The Council of Six Sigma Certification.
