Katarzyna Miechowicz-Mathiasen

Katarzyna Miechowicz-Mathiasen currently serves as a Coordination Assistant in the DQL at the Council of the European Union since December 2022. Prior to this role, Katarzyna held various positions at LesMills as a BodyPump and BodyCombat Instructor since 2013 and 2015 respectively. From July 2017 to December 2022, Katarzyna worked as a Translation Assistant at the Council of the European Union General Secretariat. Academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of English Comparative Linguistics at Adam Mickiewicz University from 2005 to 2016, as well as roles in the Linguistics and Slavistics departments at Universität Wien from 2006 to 2009, focusing on linguistic research and publication. Katarzyna holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
