M. Daniela Lenzu is a seasoned press officer at the Council of the European Union, with a focus on foreign affairs since July 2011. Responsibilities include communicating decisions of the Foreign Affairs Council, briefing media, and drafting press materials. Previous roles at the Council encompassed press officer positions in trade, agriculture, and fisheries, as well as serving as a political administrator in agriculture with notable achievements in the adoption of key legislations. Prior experience includes project management at the European Commission and advocacy roles within the automotive industry. M. Daniela Lenzu holds a Master’s Degree in International Politics from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Sciences and Diplomacy from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
