Malgorzata Kowalik-Lubina has extensive experience in various roles within European institutions and corporate environments, currently serving as the Head of Security Strategy and Business Continuity Unit at the Council of the European Union since October 2012. Previous positions at the Council include Policy Administrator at the Agriculture Unit and Administrator at the Budget Management Unit. Prior to this, Malgorzata worked at the Committee of the Regions as Missions / BCP / Infrastructure Liaison Officer and held various positions in the private sector, including Corporate Controller for South America at Etex Group and Junior Controller at Electrolux. Malgorzata's education includes a Master in Controlling and Internal Audit from TBS Education, a Master in Business Administration and Management from Silesian International Business School, and a Master of Arts in Spanish from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
