Wouter R. is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in software development, cloud solutions, and project management. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Sector for Infrastructure and Operations at the Council of the European Union, Wouter R. previously held significant roles at the European Defence Agency, including Deputy Manager of Information Technology and Solutions Architect. Additional experience encompasses senior technical project management at Europol, leading development efforts and cloud migrations, as well as technical leadership roles at Delaware Consulting and Arthur Andersen. Wouter R. holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, along with a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence from KU Leuven.
