Christina M.

Christina M. currently serves as the Managing Director of Public Engagement at UP Partnership and is an Executive Committee Member at the Council of the Great City Schools. Since April 2017, Christina has held the volunteer position of President of the San Antonio Independent School District School Board, advocating for children and families in Single Member District 6. Previously, Christina was the Executive Director of The Dee Howard Foundation and the Vice President of External Relations at Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas, where responsibilities included engaging stakeholders and overseeing resource development and public relations. Christina's earlier roles include Executive Director of San Antonio Youth Literacy, Director of Volunteers at Stand Up for Kids San Antonio, and Membership Services Executive at Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas. Christina holds a BA in English/Communications from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
