Moses Valle-Palacios

Moses Valle-Palacios currently serves as the Policy Director at the Maryland Governor's Office for Children since July 2024. With extensive experience in legislative affairs, Moses has held multiple roles at the Council of the Great City Schools, including Manager of Legislative Affairs, Legislative and Research Manager, and Research Manager since September 2011. Previous positions include Education Policy Graduate Associate at Research for Action, an internship at Education Voters of Pennsylvania, Public Policy Assistant at the National Association for College Admission Counseling, intern at the Office of Media Relations at Rutgers University, and Residential Counselor at Upward Bound. Moses earned a Master of Science in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology from Rutgers University. Additional education includes coursework at The George Washington University - College of Professional Studies.
