Austin Gray

Austin Gray is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Blue Water Autonomy since April 2024. Additionally, Austin holds a part-time position as a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, starting in June 2025. Previously, Austin was a Partner at Zero Line from June 2023 to October 2023, where work involved building new hardware product lines at a drone factory in Kyiv. Austin gained experience as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company during the summer of 2022 and served as an Intelligence Officer in the US Navy from December 2016 to August 2021, participating in missions with the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group and the Office of Naval Intelligence - Hopper Center. Austin holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MPA from Harvard University.
