Ingrid Miller

Ingrid Miller serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, overseeing global philanthropy and corporate responsibility programs since May 2010. In addition, Ingrid has been a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations since 2013. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in the Exempt Organizations Group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where advice was provided to various tax-exempt organizations on grant-making and investment strategies. Ingrid's career began at the U.S. Department of Justice, where responsibilities included maintaining top secret clearance and contributing to international terrorism cases. Ingrid holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
