Julie S.

Julie S. has extensive experience in advisory and board member roles since 2003, focused on transformation in individual and organizational systems. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Operations at Citi since 2011, Julie has held significant positions including COO and Head of Innovation, as well as Vice President of Investor Relations in Global Public Affairs. Additional affiliations include being a member of Global Women in VC, a Fellow at The Economic Club of New York, and an Eisenhower Fellow. Previous roles include Senior Investment Banking Associate at Deutsche Bank and Associate Director of Business Development at Lincoln Financial Group, gaining expertise in consumer and retail, financial sponsors, and various financial institutions. Julie holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Northwestern University, alongside ongoing continuing education in Individual and Organizational Psychology.
