Justine Lucas

Justine Lucas is the Founder and CEO of Q15 Impact, a position held since May 2023, focusing on advising and strategy for social impact and systems change. Lucas has been a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations since June 2020 and served as the Executive Director of the Clara Lionel Foundation from August 2016 to June 2023, where involvement included supporting climate resilience and justice initiatives. Prior roles include Global Director of Programs, US Country Director, and Global Campaigns Manager at GlobalCitizen from October 2011 to July 2016, and Development at The International Preschools from March 2010 to November 2011. Lucas also held the position of Program Director at the Global Conscience Initiative, managing operations for a grassroots human rights NGO in Central Africa from January 2009 to January 2010. Earlier experience includes consultancy at Aperio and as an Executive Associate at Safe Horizon. Academic credentials include a General Management Program from Harvard Business School, a Master's degree in Global Affairs & Nonprofit Management from New York University, and a Bachelor's degree in History, Anthropology, and Judaic Studies from NYU.
