Justine Lucas

Justine Lucas is the Founder and CEO of Q15 Impact, a position held since May 2023, focusing on advising and strategy for social impact and systems change. Lucas has been a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations since June 2020 and served as the Executive Director of the Clara Lionel Foundation from August 2016 to June 2023, where involvement included supporting climate resilience and justice initiatives.
