Matimu Collins Baloyi

Matimu Collins Baloyi is a seasoned project administrator with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently, at the Council on Higher Education since September 2019, Matimu provides crucial administrative and technical support for quality assurance projects, focusing on budgeting, procurement, and project monitoring. Previous roles include Project Coordinator for Research Solutions at Enterprises University of Pretoria, where Matimu identified business opportunities and developed new products, and Project and Supply Chain Administrator at Titlavu Investments, managing compliance and project budgets while liaising between teams. Matimu holds a Master of Laws in Criminal Law and Procedure from North-West University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa, a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, and a National Diploma in Banking, both from the University of Johannesburg.
