Joe Carp

Joe Carp is an experienced professional in engineering and maintenance, currently serving as a Building Engineer for the Council Rock School District since October 2007, where responsibilities include managing HVAC systems, Lutron Lighting, and overall building operations. Prior experience includes roles such as Blow Molding Master Process Technician at Ball Corporation, where Joe contributed to process improvement and compliance training, and Maintenance Technician at K-Mart Distribution Center, focusing on automated systems. As the owner/operator of Carp Custom Carpentry, Joe managed all aspects of residential construction from 1988 to 1994. Earlier positions included Shift Supervisor for C.A. Spalding, where oversight of production and quality control for a large workforce was essential, and various managerial roles at U-Haul International, recognized with a 5 STAR award. Joe's technical background is complemented by certifications in advanced electronics, welding, and machining from Burlington Community College and a degree in Bible with a minor in psychology from Clarks Summit University.
