Matt Frederickson

Matt Frederickson has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Matt began their career as a Computer Specialist at CSC in 1990 and later worked as a Systems Analyst at SEPTA. Matt then served as the Director of Computer Operations at Goldenberg/Rosenthal and subsequently took on the role of Interim CIO/Vice President of Information Systems at TeleSpectrum Worldwide, Inc. During their time at TeleSpectrum, they managed a team of over 200 employees across 39 locations in the United States and Canada.

Matt later joined SASI as a Project Manager, where they revamped existing business processes and implemented documentation and source control processes. Matt then moved on to NCO Teleservices as the Vice President of Information Systems, focusing on developing and growing the telemarketing business. After that, they worked at Integrated Marketing Concepts as the Director of Information Technology, where they rebuilt the internal infrastructure to accommodate changes in business processes.

In 2000, Matt became the Director of Information Technology at Half-A-Car/Reynolds and Reynolds, where they built the IT department and developed a web-based system to manage the consulting firm. Matt then joined Council Rock School District as the Director of Information Technology, where they provided strategic leadership and oversaw comprehensive IT operations for the district.

Lastly, Matt held a part-time position at Bucks County Community College as a Professor, where they pioneered the Certificate of Information Assurance program at the IT Academy and equipped students with the necessary skills and certifications to excel in information security roles.

Matt Frederickson's education history includes an MS in Learning Technologies from Drexel University (2008-2010), an MBA in Business Administration from La Salle University (2003-2006), and a BA in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania (1982-1987). Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Certified SOC Analyst (2023), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (2020), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (2019).
