Jiatong Ma is an experienced professional specializing in art therapy and client care coordination. Currently serving as a Client Care Coordinator at University Settlement since December 2018, Jiatong demonstrates strong collaborative and assessment skills in health and community services. In addition, Jiatong has held roles as a Teacher of Art with the Community Inclusion and Development Alliance, art therapy volunteer at Northwell Health, and an After School Counselor with Counseling In Schools, all focusing on fostering social inclusion, emotional development, and therapeutic art practices for diverse populations. Jiatong's prior experience includes art therapy internships at the Queens Museum and Atria Senior Living, as well as teaching social action art in South Korea. Jiatong holds a Master's degree in Art Therapy from Long Island University.
