José Fabra-Garrido

José Fabra-Garrido is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and tourism industry with extensive experience. Currently serving as a Business Project Executive at Hostelworld Group since June 2022 and a Customer Success Specialist at counter.app since November 2020, José also held the position of CEO at Foodie & Experiences until June 2022. As the Founder and CEO of BEDANDBE & OPTIONBE HOSTELS from 2012 to June 2022, José focused on providing a friendly host experience. Earlier roles included contributions as a tourism expert at Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura and diverse responsibilities in a family-run hotel, as well as experience in auditing and marketing. José holds an MSc in Leisure, Tourism and Environment from Wageningen University & Research, a Management and Business degree from Universidad Loyola, and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics.
