Kent Culotta has a diverse work experience in the field of animation and illustration. Kent started their career as a Character Animator at Dream Works Animation in 1995 and worked there until 2002. Kent then worked as a Character Animator at DNA Productions from 2004 to 2006. Subsequently, they joined Technicolor Interactive as a CG Character Animator from 2007 to 2008, and later as a Character Animator at Blue Sky Studios from 2008 to 2009.

Kent Culotta attended Michigan State University from 1978 to 1982 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design. Later, in 1984 to 1985, they briefly attended UCLA and studied Film and Animation.
