Richard Mora

Richard Mora is an experienced leader in international development and project management, currently serving as Deputy Chief of Party at Counterpart International since February 2023. Prior to this role, Richard was a Senior Project Manager at World Mosquito Program, overseeing initiatives to combat mosquito-borne diseases in Latin America. Richard's extensive experience includes co-leading a significant $277M project at Millennium Challenge Corporation as Deputy Resident Country Director and contributing to various programs focused on education, infrastructure, and economic growth. Richard holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science from UC Irvine and multiple M.P.A. degrees from the University of Arizona.
