Sarah Reynolds

Sarah Reynolds is a strategic consultant specializing in women's empowerment at Counterpart International since 2023, where dedication is shown to increasing gender equity and social inclusion. Previously, Sarah held the role of senior consultant in healthcare and life sciences at West Monroe Partners from 2019 to 2024, contributing significantly to public and private sector healthcare clients. Through a fellowship program, Sarah also served as a Global Fischer Fellow with Counterpart International, supporting philanthropic initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a business development manager at Airrosti Rehab Centers and as a territory sales representative at Dermpath Lab of Central States, focusing on market growth and advancing dermatopathology technology.
