Olcay Yumuk, PSM I

Olcay Yumuk started their work experience at Johnson & Johnson in 2011 as an Import Trainee and Import Specialist. They then joined mobilike (rebranded to AdColony) in 2013 as a Product Specialist/Product Manager. In 2016, they moved on to Insider as a Strategic Account Manager. In 2017, Olcay became the Product Owner for Digital Banking and Channel Management at Fibabanka. They then worked as the Digital Banking Analytics and Transformation Manager / Product Owner at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Olcay is a Customer Success Engineer at Countly.

Olcay Yumuk, PSM I, received a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Boğaziçi University. This educational achievement took place from 2007 to 2014. In addition to the degree, Olcay Yumuk also obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification in September 2018 from Scrum.org.
