Pratik Naik

Pratik Naik is an account manager at Countly. Prior to joining Countly, Pratik worked as a lead for client solutions at Lynk Global. At Lynk, Pratik was responsible for helping management consulting firms and corporates with primary research & surveys. In addition, they were responsible for onboarding new users and walking them through the company's SaaS based tool/platform.

Pratik has also managed a team that caters to clients globally. Their responsibilities include end-to-end project management for fast-paced projects from top consulting and corporate clients, client management (activation, retention), and team management (performance, prioritization, etc.). Pratik was the second employee hired to support the North American region and was responsible for delivery and execution of projects.

Since joining Countly, Pratik has been responsible for generating and increasing sales from existing clients (management consulting firms, corporates, startups, etc.) as well as developing new business opportunities, across accounts, majorly in the US & Canada.

Pratik Naik has a postgraduate diploma in operations management from Welingkar Institute of Management, a bachelor's degree in information technology from Dnyansadhna college, and a secondary school certificate from Vidya Niketan.

Pratik Naik works with Selman Tunagür - Account Manager, Deniz Nizam - Account Manager. Pratik Naik reports to Oktay Özgün, Account Manager, Team Lead.
