Subodh Jumle

Subodh Jumle is currently a Support Engineer and Team Lead at Countly. Subodh has over 8 years of experience in the customer support and technical support industry.

Subodh started their career in 2011 as a Senior Technical Support Officer at Convergys. Subodh then moved to Firstsource in 2012 as a Senior Customer Support Associate. In 2013, they joined WNS Global Services as a Senior Associate in Operations. Subodh then transitioned into the tech industry and joined Allscripts India as a Support Consultant in 2016. Subodh left Allscripts in 2017 to join PurpleRadiance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they worked for two years before joining Countly.

After completing a postgraduate program in supply chain management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Subodh Jumle pursued a bachelor's degree in computer science from Vinayaka Missions University. Subodh also holds certifications from QuantInsti in Executive Program in Algorithimic Trading and AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Foundation Level.
