Kate Dauphinee

Kate Dauphinee is a dedicated professional in the field of hospitality and community engagement, currently serving as a Residence Hall Director and Lead Community Advisor at Niagara University since September 2020. In the role of Lead Community Advisor, Kate oversees a team of 11 staff members, coordinating schedules and facilitating weekly meetings to promote team advancement. As Co-Director of Student Tours, Kate manages approximately 40 tour guides within the admissions department. Additional experience includes roles such as Youth Program Coordinator at the Country Club of Buffalo, Community Relations Coordinator at Buffalo Prep, and various internships focusing on youth programming, marketing, and food and beverage management. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Niagara University, completed in May 2023.
