Amanda Helms-Ropke

Amanda Helms-Ropke serves as a Patient Care Coordinator at Country Club Retirement Campus since January 2016, focusing on customer service, proactive outreach, and providing administrative support to clinical teams. Previously, as the Department Head of Medical Records at EZ Credit America of Central and Southern Ohio from April 2013 to September 2016, Amanda held the title of Senior Director of Sales and Business Development, where responsibilities included identifying strategic partnerships, gathering market intelligence, and delivering performance updates and business reviews.
