Bryan Russell is an experienced professional in operational excellence, currently serving as the Manager of Operational Excellence at COUNTRY Financial® since March 2016. With a focus on LEAN 6 Sigma methodologies, Bryan holds the titles of Master Black Belt and Black Belt, demonstrating expertise in process improvement and efficiency. Previously, Bryan worked at OSF HealthCare from February 2009 to March 2016, where roles included Performance Improvement Specialist and 6 Sigma Lead Green Belt.
