Jessica Wheeler has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as a Senior HR Benefits Analyst at COUNTRY Financial® since January 2014, where previous roles included Senior HR Payroll Specialist, Senior HR Service Center Representative, and Senior Billing Specialist. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Best Buy from August 2009 to February 2014 as a Multi-Channel Sales Associate, focusing on driving sales across various channels and enhancing employee experience through community and store initiatives. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western Illinois University and an Associate of Science in Mathematics from Heartland Community College.
