Michael V. Harris has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry, currently serving as a Market Trainer in Agency Training at COUNTRY Financial® since July 2015, where responsibilities include coaching and developing skills for new and existing agents. Prior roles include District Field Sales Manager at Nationwide Insurance, overseeing a large team of independent agents from March 2006 to March 2013, and Life Sales Specialist at Farmers Insurance Group, where support was provided to achieve goals in life and financial services. Additionally, experience includes roles at State Farm as a Financial Services Product Associate and at American Family Insurance as a District Manager, where Michael built and managed multiple independent agencies. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
