Diana Ponterio

Diana Ponterio has over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. Diana currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Country Meadows Retirement Communities since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Regulatory Compliance from June 2018 to January 2023, Vice President of Operations from August 2011 to June 2018, and Regional Director of Operations from May 2009 to August 2011. Before joining Country Meadows, Diana worked at Five Star Quality Care, where they held various leadership roles. Diana was the Regional Director of Operations from February 2007 to December 2008, Regional Area Manager from November 2004 to February 2007, and Executive Director from August 1996 to November 2004. During their tenure, they successfully turned around troubled properties and ensured profitability and regulatory compliance.

Diana Ponterio completed their undergraduate education from 1974 to 1977 at the State University of New York College at Potsdam. Diana earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology/sociology.
