David Gring

David Gring is currently serving as an Industry Relations & Philanthropy Intern at the Country Music Association (CMA) since August 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at The Music Room (TMR) as President, where oversight of over 100 creative students focused on promoting and supporting emerging artists through various initiatives. Additional roles include Vice President of Events for Lights on the Lawn, organizing a prominent industry panel featuring executives from major music companies, as well as internships at Universal Music Publishing Group and Asensus Surgical. David is pursuing a degree at Vanderbilt University, expected to graduate in May 2025, and has a strong foundation in creative collaboration, event management, and research from previous internships.
