Sheridann Biddle

Sheridann Biddle has extensive experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within the food industry. Currently, Sheridann serves as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Pegasus Foods Inc since July 2019, while also holding the position of FSQA & Regulatory Compliance at The Perfect Bite Co. since October 2021. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Manager at Country Pure Foods from September 2016 to June 2019 and Quality Control Manager at Hausman Foods, LLC from July 2013 to September 2016. Sheridann also worked as a HACCP Coordinator at Pilgrim's in 2015. Sheridann holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from Texas A&M University, earned between 2006 and 2010. Responsibilities include oversight of food safety and quality for two USDA inspected facilities producing value-added meat and poultry products.
