With experience at various organizations such as Country SA PHN, Uniting Country SA, The Training Duo, and United Synergies Ltd, Chez has held various senior and executive management roles. With a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of South Australia and additional qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australian Institute of Management, Chez is well-equipped to lead and coordinate mental health and suicide prevention initiatives.

Country SA PHN
The Country SA PHN (CSAPHN) is the primary health network covering the country regions of South Australia. The Australian Government announced the establishment of Primary Health Networks, in 2014, and are to be known as PHNs. The key objectives of PHNs are to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes; and improve coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time. Our six key priority areas are; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, Aged Care, Digital Health (eHealth), Health Workforce, Metal Health and Population Health. The CSAPHN works to bridge the gap of health inequity and access in rural South Australia by building a collaborative and responsive country SA health care system.
