Chrp Fahmi Kasozi (K)

Fahmi Kasozi began their work experience in 2006 as a Sales Executive at Digital Concepts Limited. CHRP(K) Fahmi then moved on to work as an Administration Assistant - Procurement at Hawa Pharmaceuticals Limited from 2009 to 2011. In 2014, they joined Portlink Logistics Limited as a Human Resource Manager until 2018. Fahmi's most recent work experience is with the County Government of Mombasa, where they held the positions of Chief Human Resource Officer from 2019 to 2022 and currently serves as the Deputy Director - Human Resource Management & Development.

CHRP(K) Fahmi Kasozi's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at the Islamic University in Uganda to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. CHRP(K) Fahmi completed their degree in 2010. In the same institution, Fahmi obtained a certificate in Cisco Certified Network Associate in 2009.

After a few years, Fahmi continued their education and enrolled at the University of Nairobi in 2013. CHRP(K) Fahmi pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on strategic management. Their studies at the University of Nairobi lasted until 2016.

In 2017, Fahmi joined the Kenya Institute of Management to acquire further qualifications in the field of Human Resources Management. CHRP(K) Fahmi completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management in 2018.

The following year, in 2018, Fahmi returned to the Kenya Institute of Management to obtain certification in the Human Resource Program (CHRP). This program focused on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. CHRP(K) Fahmi completed the certification in 2019.
