County Government of Mombasa
Mahmoud Noor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience spanning various leadership roles in different organizations. Currently serving as Chief Mentor and Patron and Board Chairman at Swahilipot Hub since December 2015, Mahmoud also holds the position of Advisor to the Governor at the County Government of Mombasa. Additionally, Mahmoud has been the Chairman of the Board for Mombasa County at the Kenya Red Cross since April 2019. Previous roles include Chairman of the Board Technical Committee at the Communications Authority of Kenya and Chairman at Serani Sport Ground. With a background in technical operations from positions at SEACOM LTD and Telkom Kenya, Mahmoud has made significant contributions to telecommunications and community service initiatives throughout the region.
