Rachael Neff

Rachael Neff is currently serving as the Human Services Director at County of Bucks. Prior to this role, Neff held various leadership positions in organizations such as Family Court in the State of Delaware and A Second Chance, Inc. Neff holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State University.
