Dave Goodell

Dave Goodell is an experienced Assistant Civil Engineer with the County of El Dorado since February 2017. Prior roles include Permit Center Supervisor for the City of South Lake Tahoe, where facilitation of the permitting process for development projects was a key responsibility, and Senior Engineering Technician at the Nevada Tahoe Conservation District, handling erosion control and storm water assessments. Additional experience includes an internship at the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board and a managerial position at Kirkwood Mountain Resort. Dave Goodell earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Northern Arizona University from 1994 to 1998.
