Joe Fleming

Joe Fleming is an experienced administrative analyst currently serving the County of El Dorado since February 2023. With a robust background in public policy and communication, Joe has held the role of senior associate at The Pew Charitable Trusts since September 2016, and previously contributed as a writer and social media manager at RealClearPolitics from July 2012 to August 2014. Joe also worked as a writer for COMPLEX from July 2012 to January 2014.
