Regina Fuller's work experience includes serving as the Deputy Director of Financial & Support Services for the Sheriff's Department at the County of Humboldt since 2018. In this role, they are responsible for managing financial and employee services. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Director of Operations for the Humboldt County Region at St. Joseph Health from 2015 to 2017, where they oversaw the administration and leadership of Humboldt Medical Specialist.
Regina Fuller has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Humboldt State University, which they obtained in 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university and completed it in 2001.
