Luke Evslin

Luke Evslin is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in public service and finance. Serving as a Council Member for the County of Kauaʻi since December 2018, Luke has also contributed to the private sector as a co-founder and in Customer Service and Finance roles at Kamanu Composites since July 2007. Additionally, Luke served as a columnist for Honolulu Civil Beat from February 2016 to January 2017. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Public Policy from the University of Southern California (2017-2020), a Bachelor of Arts in US History from the University of Hawai'i (2005-2007), and studies at Claremont McKenna College (2003-2005). Luke's foundational education was completed at Kaua'i High School (1999-2003).
