Rebecca F. Kauma

Rebecca F. Kauma, MPA, serves as the Director of Digital Equity for the County of Los Angeles since July 2023, prior to which Rebecca held the position of Digital Equity and Inclusion Officer for the City of Long Beach from June 2017 to August 2023. Rebecca's experience includes a fellowship with the New Leaders Council in 2019-2020, legislative fellow roles at AARP focusing on financial security and consumer affairs, and state health and family issues. Additional roles include Graduate Intern at The Raben Group and positions at L.A. Care Health Plan and Tierra del Sol Foundation. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Master of Public Administration from the School of Public Affairs at American University.
