Prashant Singh PhD, PE, C.Engg is currently serving as a Project Manager-Infrastructure Planning at the Manatee County Government. Prashant is highly educated, holding a PhD in Transportation and Highway Engineering, a Master's degree in Transportation Engineering, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
