David Duarte

David Duarte has held several leadership positions in the field of technology. David currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at the County of Maui since February 2023. Previously, they worked as the Chief Information Officer at the California State Treasurer's Office from April 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Division Chief in the Enterprise Solutions Development Division at CalPERS from April 2014 to April 2019. David also worked as the Chief Information Officer at the FI$Cal Project from October 2012 to March 2014.
