Carolyn M. Khouzam

Carolyn M. Khouzam has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Deputy County Counsel for the County of Orange since October 2013. Prior to this role, Khouzam worked as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Oceanside from October 2011 to October 2013 and held the same position with the City of Los Angeles from December 2010 to July 2011. Khouzam also gained experience as an Associate at Poole Shaffery, a Law Clerk at Felahy Law Group, and a Summer Associate at Keith A. Fink & Associates. Earlier legal experience includes a Law Clerk position with the LA County Office of Independent Review and a Paralegal Intern at Latham & Watkins. Khouzam earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.
