Frances Rogers

Frances Rogers is a legal professional with extensive experience in employment, labor, and education law. Currently serving as Senior Deputy County Counsel for the County of San Diego since October 2020, Frances previously held the position of Partner at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore from October 2006 to September 2020, representing public employers in various legal matters. Earlier in the career, Frances worked as an Attorney at Wilkins Drolshagen & Czeshinski from September 2003 to October 2006, focusing on insurance litigation and personal injury claims.
