Monica W. Hall

Monica W. Hall is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Deputy County Counsel for the County of San Diego since September 2019. Previously, Monica held the position of Deputy City Attorney at the San Diego City Attorney's Office from October 2015 to September 2019, providing advisory counsel to various city departments and leading trainings on California Public Records Act. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Witham Mahoney & Abbott, LLP, where the role involved drafting legal documents, representing clients in hearings, and preparing appellate motions.
